Performance hypnotist helping clients overcome anxiety and self-sabotage

You probably don't need more information.

You likely already know what to do intellectually.

You know what it means to eat better, focus more, speak up, calm down, follow through, stop procrastinating, trust yourself, perform with confidence.

And yet, something still gets in the way.

It’s not because you lack drive or haven’t tried hard enough.

It’s because you carry years—maybe decades—of patterns.

Patterns that once made sense, but no longer serve you now.

And those patterns live in your unconscious mind — a place that logic and willpower can’t reach.

That's where hypnosis comes in.

HOW I FOUND WHAT WORKS

The long way around taught me the fast track.

I never set out to become a hypnotist.

But I arrived here the same way I’ve learned to make every meaningful decision in my life and business: by paying attention to results.

In 2023, after nine months of debilitating TMJ pain, endless appointments that didn't help, and thousands spent searching for relief, one hypnosis session did what nothing else had.

It gave me my life back.

Then there was the anxiety. I had my first panic attack when I was just seven years old. So how did I go from a high schooler with severe social anxiety — afraid to even answer the phone — to speaking in front of hundreds of athletes on performance mindset as an adult? Hypnosis.

It gave me my dreams back.

Then came major hip surgery to repair a torn labrum. Recovery is often described as long and demanding. The Reddit threads had me terrified. But by using self-hypnosis before and after surgery, I returned to jogging and tennis nearly a month ahead of schedule.

It gave me by body back.

These days, I find myself applying hypnosis to the everyday problems of my life — because once you see what it can do, you can't unsee it.

Sleep, for example. Since high school, I'd been on and off sleep medication just to get through the night. If you have an overactive mind that won't power down, you know exactly what I mean. Now I have a self-hypnosis routine I do in bed that gets me to sleep within twenty minutes — no prescription, no dependency, just a mind that finally knows how to turn itself off.

It gave me my rest back.

And then there's my relationship with food. As someone who survived trauma as a teenager, food became a way to cope and a way to feel in control. I was fit on the outside, but inside I was using food to fill emotional space it was never meant to fill. Through my 20s and 30s, restriction and exercise kept everything in check. But as I approached 40, my body stopped responding the same way. Hypnosis didn't put me on a diet. It made me more emotionally stable and open-minded, so food didn't have to carry so much weight. The noise got quieter. The war ended. And for the first time, the control I feel around food is real.

It gave me my freedom back.

So why am I telling you all of this? Is it too much for a hypnotist to share?

Maybe. But I want you to know I'm a real person with real struggles, and hypnosis has genuinely changed my life. I am a product of this work. I walk the talk every single day. Everything I have figured out for myself, I bring to my clients.

I'm always surprised to learn that some hypnotists have never actually been hypnotized. I use hypnosis daily, and I can teach you to do the same.

WHAT I REALIZED

At some point, I stopped being surprised and started paying closer attention.

Hypnosis wasn’t just helping me heal, recover, and perform. It was changing what I believed was possible in all areas of life, business and relationships.

For years, I have coached high-performing people to create clarity, momentum, and results.
Coaching is powerful. It works. I believe in it and work with my own coach.

But hypnosis is different. It reaches a different level.

Hypnosis works beneath conscious effort — where habits, emotional responses, identity, and automatic patterns are formed. And the changes tend to come faster and with less resistance than you might expect.

WHY IT MATTERS FOR YOU

When your mind works with you, everything changes.

When I began integrating these tools with my clients and watched breakthroughs happen faster, deeper, and with less struggle, the direction for me became undeniable.

I am a hypnotist.

But for a moment, I hesitated.

Hypnosis is often misunderstood, and stepping fully into this work required me to care less about perception and more about truth.

So I chose truth and have never looked back.

Today, I help athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, and growth-minded people get out of their own way through practical hypnosis and evidence-based mental training.
