Hypnosis for

ENTREPRENUERS

The hardest part of growing a business?

Getting out of your own way.

Overcome perfectionism, self-sabotage, procrastination,

anxiety, and the fear of being seen.

THE ENTREPRENEUR EXPERIENCE

You chose this. It's not easy.

And you'd choose it again.

There’s a particular kind of

responsibility that comes with

building something of your own.

Newsletter + Website.png

You can have a great month and immediately wonder if you can do it again.

You can know exactly what you need to do next and spend three days thinking about it instead of doing it.

You can write the post, reread it twelve times, and still hesitate before hitting publish.

You can know it’s time to raise your prices or make a change and somehow keep finding reasons to wait.

You can want to be seen, known, and paid well for what you do and feel surprisingly uncomfortable when more eyes actually turn your way.

And when the business gets quiet, your mind gets loud.

What if this stops working? What if I’m not as good as they think I am? What if I make a mistake I can't recover from? What if I let people down? What if this fails?

So you work a little harder. Think a little longer. Check one more thing, one more time.

And sometimes, after holding it all together all day long, you look for something—food, wine, scrolling, shopping, another hour of work—to finally turn the mental noise down.

None of this means you’re bad at business.

In fact, you're probably very good at it.

But when you are the business, your patterns come to work with you.

And eventually, the things that helped you get here aren’t always the things that will get you there.

Because growing the business often asks something new of the person growing it.

And at a certain point, your next level isn’t just about what you do.

It’s about what your mind believes is possible for you.

THE MIND BEHIND THE BUSINESS

You want MORE.

But growth can bring up things

you didn't expect.

Consciously, you know what you want. You have the vision, the ideas and the strategy. And yet when it comes time to actually go for it, old patterns start to show up.

MORE MONEY

You want to make more money and create financial freedom — without having to work twice as hard for it.

But earning more can challenge what you believe about your worth, what you deserve, and how much you’re comfortable receiving.

Because when a new level of success doesn’t feel safe or familiar, old patterns have a way of pulling you back toward what does. Even when you consciously want something different.

MORE VISIBILITY

You want more people to know about your work. You want to show up, share what you do, and let yourself be seen.

But visibility can bring up something deeper than confidence. Being seen also means opening yourself up to judgment, criticism, rejection, and the possibility that not everyone will like you.

And when all those eyes on you don’t feel entirely safe, you may find yourself overthinking what you say, obsessively checking the response, holding back—or avoiding showing up at all.

5.png

MORE SUCCESS

You’ve worked hard to get here. And you want to see just how far your dreams can take you. You know there’s more in you..

But success can bring up things you didn’t expect. More pressure. More to lose. A louder inner critic. New questions about who you are, what you’re capable of, and whether you really belong at this level.

And sometimes, the closer you get to what you’ve always wanted, the more old patterns find new ways to show up and sabotage it.

MORE CALM

You want to feel calm, grounded, and actually enjoy the life and business you’ve worked so hard to create.

But slowing down can feel strangely uncomfortable. Rest can feel lazy. Taking your foot off the gas can feel risky.

So you tell yourself you’ll relax when you get there. After the launch. After the next revenue goal. When things settle down.

But the goalposts keep moving. And all that stress can make it hard to enjoy the very success, freedom, and people you worked so hard for.

READY FOR A SHIFT?

Let's work on what's holding you back.

These patterns can show up differently, but they all have one thing in common: they can change.

A DIFFERENT WAY IN

You're an entrepreneur.
You're already used to thinking outside the box.

You chose to build something of your own. To take risks. To question the usual way of doing things. To dream and to create that dream no matter the obstacles.

Hypnosis may feel a little outside the box, too.

But there’s something surprisingly natural about learning to work with your own mind instead of constantly fighting against it.

Your mind is already influencing how you think, feel, decide, perform, respond to pressure, and what you do when no one is watching.

Hypnosis simply gives you a different way to work with it.

You've spent years building your business.
Maybe it's time to work with the mind building it.

If you’re curious about what hypnosis could help you change, let’s talk.
