Hypnosis for

ATHLETES

You know what you’re capable of.

Now perform like it when it matters.

Overcome performance anxiety, self-doubt, mental blocks,

overthinking, and fear of failure. And of course, win more!

THE ATHLETE EXPERIENCE

You do it in practice.
Easy. Confident. Automatic.

But in competition?
You're thinking verses doing.

Newsletter + Website (1).png

You can be loose and confident all week in practice—and then feel something shift the moment the competition begins.

You start thinking about things you normally just do.

You hesitate. Tighten up. Force it. Play not to make a mistake instead of playing to win.

And one mistake can quickly become two—not because you suddenly lost your ability, but because now you’re thinking about the last one.

What's wrong with me? Why do I suck at this? Why can't I do it like in practice?
Don’t miss again. Don’t mess this up. Everyone is watching.

And when the game ends, your mind keeps playing. Replaying the mistakes, analyzing what went wrong, and wondering why you can't perform the way you know you can.

So you try harder. Practice more. Analyze the film. Work on your technique.
Tell yourself to relax. Be confident. Stop overthinking.

But the frustrating part is, your unconscious mind doesn’t change a pattern just because you tell it to.

And when you step into competition, your patterns step in with you.

That's why more practice isn’t always the answer.

Performing at your next level often asks for something different than what you've done to get here.

Because at a certain point, your next level isn’t just about what you can do.

It’s about being able to access your talent it when it matters.

And that’s where your unconscious mind comes in.

THE MIND BEHIND THE SPORT

You want MORE.

But pressure can bring out patterns you didn’t expect.

Consciously, you know how you want to perform. You’ve trained for it. You’ve done it in practice. And yet when the pressure is on, old patterns can take over.

MORE CONFIDENCE

You want to trust yourself when you compete. To walk onto the court, field, course, track—or wherever you perform—and know you belong there.

But confidence can feel fragile when it depends on how you’re performing.

One mistake becomes doubt. Doubt becomes hesitation. And suddenly, instead of trusting yourself, you’re looking for proof that you still can.

MORE FLOW STATE

You want to stop thinking and just play. Like your body knows what to do before you even have to think about it.

But the more pressure you feel to perform, the more you can start consciously controlling things that normally happen naturally. You think. You hesitate. You try harder.

And suddenly, you’re trying to make happen what you normally know how to let happen.

MORE RESILIENCE

You want to make a mistake, recover and move on. But you're so hard on yourself and you spiral.

One bad play follows you into the next one. You replay it. Judge it. Try to make up for it. And now you’re in your mind instead of your body.

And before you know it, you’re no longer responding to what’s happening now. You’re still competing against what happened five minutes ago.

MORE FREEDOM

You want to compete hard, chase big goals, and win. And you want to enjoy your sport, too. That's not too much to ask.

To play without carrying the weight of every expectation, outcome, or mistake. To feel loose. Present. Fully yourself.

Because you can care deeply about how you perform without making every performance mean something about who you are. You can want to win—and still play joyful and free.

A DIFFERENT WAY IN

You've trained your body.
Now let's train your mind.

You’ve spent countless hours practicing, conditioning, drilling, refining technique, and doing the reps because you understand that elite performance doesn’t happen by accident.

And your mind is already part of every performance.

It’s influencing how you respond to pressure, what happens after a mistake, whether you hesitate or trust yourself, and how easily you access what you’ve trained.|

The question is: have you trained your mind as intentionally as you’ve trained your body?

If not, that's the key and where hypnosis is really powerful.

It gives you a way to work directly with the patterns influencing how you think, feel and perform in your sport.

As a former Division I athlete, this work is personal to me. I know how frustrating it is when you’ve done the training, but your mind won’t let you access what you know is there.

If you’re curious about what hypnosis could help you change, let’s talk.
